We worked with a partner to reverse engineer a piece of cupholder trim that failed in a Jeep Grand Cherokee. The only other similar product is a cover-up only, so Longevity Products was created to bring this replacement to the market. It's printed out of PETG-CF to resist high temperatures and UV. 

We designed and printed a decorative magnetic plant pot with drainage for one of our clients. The pot has an easily removed drainage tray, as well as a magnetic mount that allows for attachment to magnetic surfaces. These pots were printed with Wood PLA filament for an artistic look.

We have designed a printed many cutters for polymer clay earrings. We have an inventory of existing designs available, and we are happy to design any custom shapes you would like.

My team worked on a hybrid powertrain for UAVs and discovered a need for custom damping mounts to hang the powertrain under the UAV body. We were able to create a quick design, print the necessary components, and install on the powertrain within a couple days.

This project was to print a small housing for a motorcycle re-build. This component is no longer sold, so a replacement was created in CAD and printed on our FDM printer. 

During the pandemic when many local drive-thrus were working on social distancing, we noticed that it was sometimes difficult to insert a credit card into the reader when both were being held at arm's length. Thus, we designed and printed a card guide that snaps onto the reader and makes it easier to insert the card into the correct slot.
